Mental Health

 Licensed clinicians provide mental health assessments and counseling services to:

Sessions are designed to assist individuals with identifying their problems, establishing goals, promoting change and working toward resolution and recovery.

 

There are a variety of specialized groups available at Century Health designed to serve clients who share similar challenges, addressing such issues as:

  • Positive Thinking
  • Depression and Other Mood Disorders
  • Anxiety
  • Moral Reconation Therapy
  • Specific Skill-Building
  • Sex Offenders

Substance Abuse

 The Substance Abuse program at Century Health is an abstinence-based program. Trained professionals provide assessments and counseling services to individuals, couples and families affected by alcohol and drug abuse.

 

Group work is a very effective option when treating alcohol and drug addiction.  The groups include:

  • Introductory Group
  • Education
  • Men’s Recovery
  • Women’s Recovery
  • Co-ed Recovery
  • Relapse Prevention
  • Moral Reconation Therapy
  • Family
  • SAMI - addresses dual issues of substance abuse and mental illness
