The mission of Century Health is to provide quality mental health and substance abuse treatment and education to residents of Hancock County and nearby communities. Century Health is a non-profit organization staffed by caring and competent professionals.

Accessibility:

Century Health treatment facilities are wheelchair accessible. Interpreters for the hearing/language impaired are available on an as needed basis.
Century Health’s facilities are Tobacco Free.

Century Health has two separate sites:

The South Campus & Annex are located at 1918 N. Main St., Findlay, OH and are the primary site for the Mental Health & Substance Abuse Outpatient Clinic & the Employee Assistance Programs. 

The North Campus is located at 2515 S. Main St., Findlay, OH, just five blocks from the South Campus and is the primary site for Community Support Services & Crisis Intervention Services.
