The mission of Century Health is to provide quality mental health and substance abuse treatment and education to residents of Hancock County and nearby communities. Century Health is a non-profit organization staffed by caring and competent professionals.

Century Health has the capability to review and discuss specific issues related to substance abuse or mental illness and provide helpful recommendations to individuals, families and groups through its consultative services. Many of Century's professional staff possess areas of expertise that can be shared by means of formal educational presentations. Education services are designed to increase community knowledge of psychiatric disorders and chemical dependency problems with hope of changing negative attitudes and reducing stigma. Century Health's prevention services work to reduce the incidence or severity of emotional disturbances and promotes use of the lifestyle risk reduction model to impact drug and alcohol use.
